The laboratory will strive to provide their customers with “Just In Time (JIT) Quality Service”. Laboratories will continually cooperate with and involve all personnel concerned with testing and calibration works in the laboratory activities, to implement the policies and procedures in their work.
The laboratory staff is fully competent in using the quality systems to ensure consistent testing results. Our commitment is ensured and demonstrated as follows: Laboratory management is committed to practicing its testing works in a good and professional manner using appropriate resources and competent personnel, to achieve the quality of its testing.
Laboratory management ensures its commitment to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 International Standard and will continually improve the effectiveness of its management system.
Our Laboratory is responsible for and committed to the Confidentiality and Impartiality of all our laboratory activities. All our customers’ information is considered proprietary information and is regarded as confidential.
Our Technical Staff list for Analytical Laboratory services comprises of academically qualified and trained Chemists, Biochemists, Microbiologists, and Food Technologists while our Water Engineering department is being managed by seasoned Geologists.
Our Laboratory with our highly trained professional staff and modern equipment has the capability and authority to analyze quite a good number of consumer and health-related consumer products such as: Water, Food, Drugs, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Medical devices, Effluents/wastewater, Agro-allied products, Solid minerals, Environmental matrices, Chemically and Biological-based consumer products, etc and issue Federal Government recognized Certificate of Analysis regarding their composition, quality, safety and efficacy.
